Wrecks,  Wrecks,  Wrecks......

Visited a new location at the weekend and discovered quite a graveyard,  unfoirtunaly due to a lot of interference the Mini 3 struggled to get any closer to the wrecks.

Sadly, I’ve decided not to get one. I mostly fly alone so wouldn’t have a spotter.

Wow, great shot DA.    It still amazes me how they can just abandon a boat.  Here you'd get fined and have to pay to have it towed off.  

Seems to be a bit of an open location to have a lot of interference at.  Anything nearby to cause that?

Yes, family enough, that’s right next to a block of flats.

There were coachloads of schoolkids milling about - a great experience for them.
There is an entry fee, but apparently Depp has a yearly pass from Heritage Scotland - which got us both in for free.  I didn't complain

That's a really cool site! Just googled wrecks on Thames... wow there appears to be wrecks everywhere! Drone image hunters paradise. Hope you can get back here

I really dont know what the deal is with it,  I tried to research the rules and theres nothing clear about tideal waters,  except that they are very costly to dispose of properly.

Speaking of big bodies of water have you heard from Downtown? He's way way way off the East Coast of Florida waiting out the hurricane. Hope he's OK?

I last heard from him yesterday when he was 250nm off Florida coast.  Looking at some of the images of the boats washed onto land I think he might be in the best place.
