Hi All,
Out of the blue, my Air 2 has started dropping frames. It has perfrom flawlessly up until now. Shooting 1080 @30fps. Any thoughts on the possible cause ? I don't recall exactly what size it is, 32G likely, SanDisk extreme. As I say this is a new issue, I've written hours of media to that card. Do they spontaniously go
bad ? Many thanks in advance

Hi there, we are sorry to know about this issue. Could you please tell us the current firmware version? Please make sure the firmware is up to date. If possible, please test with another SD card or record the video to the internal storage of the drone to see if the issue still exists.

Sorry to intrude on this thread, but I'm having the same problem. I bought my DJI Mavic Air second hand. The first movies I made with it were fine, but suddenly the movies started to get choppy. I record on the internal memory of the drone so it has nothing to do with memory cards. In the metadata I see that frames are missing per second.

I know DJI no longer supports this drone, but it is also a shame to just throw the drone away. In any case, I would like to know what is wrong with my drone.

Sorry to hear that, it’s a shame. My problem magically solved itself. I was recording to a card. In frustration I ended up formatting 4 or 5 times. Have been using it flawlessly since. That’s no help for you, I realize. Sorry
