Sorry for the brevity of the post, but my orginal cable (from battery to goggles 2) didn't seem to be working.  I ordered a replacement and the battery won't power on with the new cable.  Plug the old cable in, battery turns on.  New cable, nothing.

Is this normal?

Have you tried with another battery?
Some times the plug is not working.
Does it charges?

Also, can u connnect googles to PC vis USB-C to check it (firmware update)

The battery is fully charged.  I only have the one battery, but I get another in a couple of days.  I'll try the update.
