Really great to watch. I'd love to try this for myself, but am aware that I no longer have the manual dexterity to even try. Happy to watch the exploits of others though

On this flight I used the Motion Controller.. Really amazing experience! You can fly smooth and cinematic but in sport mode it is a challenge because I am used to flying Mavics..! No backwards and sideways is kinda weird hahaha

I get that there can be no backward, but no sideways movement? That IS odd

In the Avata with the new goggles you get a sort of sideways if you tilt your head as well. Haven't had a chance to fly that one yet, though.

Didn't do it yet. I don't expect any difficulties so I will probably "test" at the next normal flying occasion. Too much hassle to go out of town and to talk a spotter into joining me...

Very true. But I was still on vacation, my family (i.e. spotters) not. And I wasn't able to let the footage sit unseen...
