I have a older osmo sn 06dci22011669 and need to use for work.will not connect to my Pixel 5 ..I like using this camera..What can I do ?

Hello there Mike. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. Kindly please try using a different recommended mobile device to see if the issue will persist. After checking the mobile device ( Pixel 5 ) that you are using on the DJI Go application. I am sorry to say that the mobile device is not yet recommended for the DJI application. DJI suggests using a recommended mobile device for the DJI Go application for compatibility and reliability purposes. There is a possibility that the Pixel 5 will be able to work on the DJI Go application. But however, since it's not yet optimized with the DJI application we cannot guaranteed if it will work all the time and if it will be able to run all the functions of the DJI Go application while using it on your DJI Osmo. For reference I will post a link where in you can check the recommended mobile devices for the DJI Go application ( https://www.dji.com/downloads/djiapp/dji-go-3 ). Thank you.

There is no firmware update for the osmo? Then I have to go out and find a phone ( Oldre one) that works with osmo ? My last phone worked fine "Droid" but broke.That will make my Osmo useless and I paid a lot money for the osmo..
