Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the trouble that this has caused. Can you please confirm if you were able to activate the DJI Avata? If yes, please connect again all the components (DJI Avata, RC, and Goggles) to the DJI Assistant 2 software and please update/refresh the firmware and check if the issue persists. You may try to fly the unit outside of your house and then check if there are any changes. Please keep us posted. Thank you. |
