Hello,

I need to know, when will Ronin RS 3 Pro be compatible with Panasonic Lumix S1? The S1H and S5 are supported. The S1 is also a professional camera.
Unfortunetly it is not listed in the support list of Ronin RS 3 Pro. But instead the Ronin RS 2 is supporting Lumix S1.

Thanks for your support.

Best regards
Chris

Thank you for your information. Unfortunetly this was not the answer to my question.

I already know the list which cameras are supported by RS 3 Pro and that the Lumix S1 is not supported.

My question is: when will the Lumix S1 be supported by RS 3 Pro? Or will it never be supported?

The Lumix S1 is a professional camera for videographs and it is not understandable why DJI does not support this model.

Thanks for your feedback, when RS 3 Pro will support Lumix S1 as well because this is elementary for me whether I buy the RS 3 Pro or not.

Hello again,

the Ronin RS 3 Pro is now officially compatible with the Panasonic Lumix S1, see: https://www.dji.com/de/support/compatibility/rs-3-pro/s1

BUT: Bluetooth is still not working. Why?!

Furthermore I need to know, if the following USB-C to USB-C cable makes it possible that the Lumix S1 can be controlled by Ronin RS 3 Pro: https://www.camforpro.com/dji-rs-l-foermiges-multi-kamera-control-cable-usb-c/

The compatibility list mentions that the functionality has been tested with "Camera Control Cable: ①USB-C TO USB-C".

Thank you in advance for your support.

Best regards
Chris

Hi Chris, hope you are great. I just wanted to find out whether you managed to find a way around this? I purchased a RS3 Pro to days ago and I'm failing to access my S1 via the gimbal both on USB and Bluetooth.
Kind Regards, Nkosi

Hi Nkosi,

I didn‘t manage to connect the S1 via Bluetooth with the RS 3. But I changed the camera model some months later and bought the new S5 II. This camera can be connected to the RS 3 without any problems.

Best regards
Chris
