Hi there, may we know if the drone was sent to our official repair center for service? If so, the DJI Care Refresh should already be transferred to the new drone. You may use the new serial number to check the record here https://service.dji.com/djicare/coverage
If the DJI Care Refresh is not transferred to the replacement drone, you can tell me the reference case number, I will check and assist with this.
If the drone was not replaced by DJI, you can send the replacement receipt, and the previous and new serial number to our support via email at djicare@dji.com for assistance. |
