This beautiful and amazing cloister is at the Lago Maggiore in Italy. If you plan a stay at this lake, you have to visit the cloister. It is really amazing and you can go there e.g. by boat.

I forget where in Italy it was but I saw a restaurant that was set in a building like that.

Due to Hurricane Ian hitting Florida I had to get my mini-yacht underway and I'm currently about 55 NM out in the ocean still but on my way back to my dock and pier in northeast Florida.  Fortunately, my property survived the devastation of that hurricane.  Had a few pine trees blown over according to a report from my son and the channel is a bit fuller of water but all in all got really lucky.

Thanks for the well wishes ElleKN.  Fortunately, many people heeded the warnings of the hurricane coming and evacuated the low lying areas.  Unfortunately, some did not and it cost them their lives.  I fear with global warming more and more of these type of events will occur.
