I have unboxed and charged everything. Trying to link and the touch pad on the goggles 2 don't want to work let alone respond. Done updates on the firmware and still nothing

Try a 2 finger long press on the pad to unlock. If that doesn't work it is borken-dorkin and needs returned to store or dji repair.
