I've downloaded Phantom 2 Assistant Software V3.6  for my Mac. Every time I try and open it, it crashes. Deleated it, re-downloaded, still crashes upon opening.

Any ideas?

Is your Mac OS new enough?  I just ran into that on an out of date laptop.

Hello I am Having the same problem.  I've downloades Phantom 2 vision + Software.  And every time I try to open it crashes.  my Mac OS is 10.7.5 and is up to date.  Any suggestions?

Update to 10.10. Has to be 10.8 or above.

Well, you aren't up to date - your OS is like two versions behind current.

Hearing this a lot with MAC users, software is incompatible with older MAC operating systems.
