Hi,

So I have gained some damage to one of the blades, does this warrant swopping the blade?
If I do swap, should I swap all or just one?

Thirdly, is it a good idea to use locktite?

only the slightest damage can cause problems! Change it, but always a complete pair

Before even trying, get a proper #ooo PH screwdriver.

Change them, in pairs. Even slight damage can progress to breakage. Don't risk it for a few quid.

I think the screws that come with the new props have "locktite" on them already

Hello there Mart. Thank you for reaching out and for giving out these information. Just a reminder that before each flight, it is necessary to check your DJI Drone's propellers for cracks, wear, warp, corrosion, and damages. If any of these conditions are present, the DJI propellers should be replaced at once. Damaged propellers can lead to unwanted incident when flying your DJI Mini 3 Pro. Thank you and fly safe always.

If they came out ok (screw head not mashed) and you have your own loctite is there any reason not to re use?

Don't reuse! There is no need to save old screws.

For one I doubt most people have the right loctite abe the new props come with them anyway.

Thanks. So I changed all of them to be on the safe side, and I am 200+ flights!

However, why does each pair come with 3 screws when only two are needed!

My guess is because the screws are so small you  might drop and lose one.  Easy to do if you are on site and they fall in the grass.
