Hi Team,

I purchased DJI mini 3 pro two months back, I really had a good experience with it for a month, but after that, due to some reasons I was not able to use it for 1 month, and yesterday when I took it out and tried to start it, the gimbal is not responding to anything also I am not receiving any camera output on my DJI smart controller.
The drone is functioning properly while giving the gimbal calibration error.

Can anyone suggest what can be done about it? I am having a big shoot this month on the 15th so it is really urgent.

May we know:
1. Which App and firmware version of DJI RC
2. Whether the DJI RC can connect to your aircraft?
3. Would you please test with the RC-N1 controller if possible?

RC firmware: 01.01.0450
App version: 1.7.4
Model: DJI Mini 3 Pro

Yes the aircraft is able to connect to the controller.

No, I am not having any other controller.

Hi, could you mind providing a video of the issue for us to double-check? And may we know if the drone experienced any impact damages such as crash damages?
If the gimbal is not responding at all, and will not do self-checking when the drone is powered on, but you can fly the drone itself, please try to remove the SD card and restart the drone multiple times.
If the issue persists, you may need to send the drone back. You can click https://www.dji.com/us/service/repair to start an online repair case.

Also, the drone has no crash or damage.
