Does anybody have a rough guess at what the cost would be to send my smart controller off to dji to be fixed, the left dial button isnt working (gimabal control) and want try and find out how much it will initially cost me to send off for a quote and return?

Is there a fee for me to send it to DJI, and what if i dont want to go ahead with the repair, is there a fee to send it me back?

If the Smart Controller is within the warranty period, we will cover the shipping to send the device in. If the device is beyond the warranty period, you may need to pay for the shipment.
If you would love to return the unit within the repair, we will cover the shipment sent back to you, both within or beyond the warranty period.
