Hello, there. Would you please provide us the Purchase of proof? Please confirm if the Combo is included RC and battery. How many batteries are inside the package? Please also provide the Serial Numbers for these products. Thanks.
Thanks for your reply. You may take a photo of the invoice and upload it to a cloud drive for us. May we know do you have the box of the combo? If so, you may take a photo of the SN in the back of the box.
