Here's a short taster of some video I shot over the weekend using the new v1.3.0 firmware FOR THE FIRST TIME.  She handled impeccably.  Next day I was launching her from the front of one of the ribs out at sea getting some tracking shots.  Continue to be in love with my Inspire

Thanks.  I've done quite a bit of fast over water shooting and still get sweaty palms I'm just uploading another version with some colour changes to lighten the darker bits.  YT really kills the quality   
Yesterday I was launching her from the front of a rib mid channel and hand catching her on landing.  Now that was heart in mouth stuff (blades were just 4 inches from rib tubes on either side on take off)

You either trust it or you don't I reckon.
I was also hesitant about flight ops over water, but in reality things can go wrong anytime and anywhere.
Much more confident now, but I do use a post-upgrade shakedown test to make sure I'm still happy with response and performance.

Getting the shot is the whole point of the exercise, otherwise stay home!

Absolutely.  1000 pieces and dry or 1 piece and wet.  Either way a borked Inspire   Hoping it never happens
