Natalia, if I show you the SURREAL conversation that the support sent me, you fall on your back, I was even called a criminal, what attitude is this company?
She sells drones and should be the first to help and defend the class that supports her, and not accuse people lightly, I'm frustrated and I hate DJI.[view_image]
We feel sorry for your situation, we understand your feeling on this case. Your case is followed by our managerial department, please wait for the update. We hope your case can be sorted out soon.

Not sure why you say this? I have no trouble flying my Mini 3 a mile or two out over Baltimore.
Yes friend, thank God you live in USA, because in Europe buyers are treated like dogs... and this sentence/answer, was said to me by a "director/technician/supervisor/Einstein" who apparently leads something important in DJI Europe... I'm here for a season and I decided to buy, I'm from Brazil and the service and after sales from the Americas, has nothing to do with this European.

It's been going on for weeks and it seems that they DON'T want to and won't solve it in an amicable way.
And I will have to raise the tone, who knows even as I said to take legal action.
I don't buy a "state-of-the-art car" so that it rebels or accepts any command to send itself against the wall...
If it comes with this configuration, it should be the company's first alert.
My Phantom 3 Standard didn't have any sensors and I drove it beautifully and it never gave me a headache, even in REALLY "RESTRICTED" area.
There CANNOT be an action that throws someone's NEW drone to the ground (WITHOUT HAVING A WAY TO CANCEL, and in a timely manner),
Otherwise this company being alive MAKES NO SENSE.
I'm baffled by the purchase I made with DJI in Europe, the fat and ineffective European action to sort things out.
I have tremendous doubts, and at the same time that the revolt consumes me, the question I ask is...
DJI can take down your device after "granting" you a flight, (In my case, always in the 5 flights I took, I received the messages to accept the responsibilities).
But on the 7th day that I EXTREMELY needed the drone for a job, hours before I went up with it in a region that I had already flown over.
suddenly the drone started to fall... it gave an ALERT (for me that never serves as an alert, because it was useless) 90 seconds and counting... 89...88...87...
I just lost total control, the arrows didn't work either up or sideways and I didn't have the option to hover or cancel the fast descent,
he went from 80mt to 40m in seconds and fell on a road being run over.
Now I get a gentleman saying that he was not made to fly in cities because "THERE MAY BE INTERFERENCES" and that it's my fault,
since I didn't have the commands for the thing...
I'll leave some pictures of how it turned out... I'll put the camera videos and also put another video with the buttons trying to control them.
It's terrible for a DRONE company to throw their device on the ground and want to get away with it.
This was all after 20 days and 5 flights, all in nearby locations.
The airport is more than 5/8 kilometers from this region, this region should give me the decision, but I didn't receive any message
with dialog box like last time.
The first time I flew the Mini 3, I had to unlock it using my cell phone.
But this time he flew, he hovered, and only after he left me,
started to fall and this ... happened.
Dirty Bird Posted at 9-23 10:46
I take it you are in a CE country & getting terrible range in a city environment?
I'd be looking for an FCC hack.
Well, friend, now it's too late, after 20 days of purchase, the drone literally fell to the ground,
Now the support is saying that it's my fault because I flew in a forbidden place, but the device didn't give me any chance of defense, it just sank from 80mt to 40mt in 90 seconds and after that when it hit the ground it was run over...
The other 5 times I flew it asked for unlocking by ticking the boxes, I did it and took over everything, but here it just went down
It may give a clue to what happened, if you loose contact with the drone it should do the RTH process you have configured, either hover, land or return to take off point.
Hi, there. We have confirmed with the relevant team and double-checked the data in your case.
We noticed that you are taking off near the airport, and the APP also prompts a reminder, and we noticed you have not applied for the lifting of the ban at this time.
Here are the details:
1. The aircraft was launched from an Authorization Zone; there was no enough GPS signal for the aircraft to recognize its position, and the aircraft worked under Opti mode after taking off;
2. Flight Time T=01:04, Relative Height H=30.4 m, the aircraft entered into Sport mode and recorded the home point;
3. T=01:58, H=85 m, D=78.1 m, Landing was triggered due to the Restricted Zone;
4. T=02:48, H=-5.1 m, D=77.1 m, the aircraft crashed;
5. The incident coordinate: 38.7373766, -9.128117 which was in the Authorization Zone of LISBOA Airport. For safety reasons, please do not fly close to airports or other sensitive areas.
And we noticed that you send us a new email as well, we will reply to your question asap, please don't worry.
If you need any support, you can tell us here, we will do our best to help.
Please note that you can upodate one post here, and we will also keep you updated here at the same time. (we will delete other same posts)

Your video of the flight log shows you lifted off in restricted airspace. The video is a replay of the log, so the clear warning of an authorization zone, in red, would have been visible onscreen during the actual flight. You were also warned the drone was preparing to land before you even moved from your launch point. It's all right there in the log video.
You were warned when only a few meters high. Why didn't you just land right then? Instead you ignored the imminent landing warning, climbed to 80+ meters, & flew away. I am sorry you lost your drone, but this is 100% pilot error. Why did you lift off before you had a good Home Point lock? Why did you ignore the landing warnings?

I didn't have any landing warning, except for the 90 second warning when I was in front of the place I took the shot, there I didn't have any help from the app.
I didn't receive an unlock message
I did not receive a message or option to cancel the SINK IN THE GROUND
This will NEVER be reasonable...
The video shows that after the correct take I turn the aircraft to where I am
to return home, and that's when he starts COUNTING AND DOWNLOADING AT THE SAME TIME...
No one seeing your new equipment will be calm enough to land as it falls
NOT TO SAY I DID NOT HAVE ANY CONTROL OVER THE JOYSTICKS
THAT'S EXACTLY WHY HE WENT AWAY... HE WALKED INTO THE WIND.
And I just flew up there, because I had 100% battery.
and I had the notion that it would be something FAST.
I didn't have any control, so it can't be the pilot's fault.
Anyway
But thanks anyway, I'll try to solve it my way.
Day they toppled without giving me any chance to return
Other days I flew much further and without having any kind of problem. and on this day, i got unlock messages
1. The aircraft was launched from an Authorization Zone; there was not enough GPS signal for the aircraft to recognize its position, and the aircraft ran in Opti mode after takeoff;
2. Flight time T=01:04, Relative Height H=30.4 m, the aircraft entered Sport mode and recorded the home point.

THIS IS A LIE I'm going to upload the data, but I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY TYPE OF CANCELLATION REQUEST, I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY UNLOCK MESSAGE LIKE THE OTHER TIMES (EVEN WHEN CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET).
I was more than 5km from the Airport.
But being at 80m is no reason for him to sink to the ground in less than 90 seconds.
There's no reason to.
IT WILL NEVER BE REASONABLE for a company that survives with the sale of drones, to have controls that throw their device on the ground, whether in any kind of condition
without giving you the chance to take control of things...
Could I be a TERRORIST, who should give me some warning, intercept the drone and use any kind of force to stop me, would be the authorities of the place.
I was told that "aircraft come configured for this"! WHAT ???? you buy something to fly and it comes configured to SINK INTO THE GROUND ???? I didn't configure this disgrace for this
I'm already fed up with you guys and I'll have to solve this my way.

I'm seeing a bunch of rude bums trying to blame me for something I DIDN'T DO.
I won't accept any apologies, knowing that I didn't drop and I didn't make any accidents.
I didn't have any control over the aircraft from the moment it started to fall, it went away because of it.
Not to mention the adversity of nature, this day was beautiful, with totally peaceful weather.
there was no wind, no rain, no extremely hot sun, it was quiet.
I took the shot, I was going to go back home, when I lost TOTAL CONTROL OVER the device, along with that, came the countdown
along with the fall, THE TWO TOGETHER.
It wasn't my fault and I had NO CONTROL OVER ANYTHING.

It's "FUNNY" that by the way you say it, it sounds like I'M NOT BASED ON DATA, despite showing here, the videos PROVE I was not a FAIL, taking the trajectory of the logs and SAYING THAT FLIGHT, it's a GIANT LIE, I DON'T I HAVE CONTROL OVER THE DRONE (not to mention that while I TRY to move, it at the same time quickly crashed, 90 seconds), while I supposedly FLY AWAY. There is no option to go home and instead of having the option to cancel, SINK IN THE FLOOR.
This company will respond in court, for deceiving people.
this will be more expensive than a simple DJI 3 (which should be PRO) and which says it has censors so it doesn't crash and fall, but the software itself throws it on the floor.
Worst of all is a director representing the company calling ME CRIMINAL for simply FLYING, which is in the nature of the product he sells.

Hi, Rony.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
We understand your feeling and have asked the team to check your case and report to you asap.
Find out what else? a control C control V, saying that I shot down the aircraft ??
Here are the EXACT moments when I visualize the take-off location to go back and realize that I wouldn't have time to go back
0:45
2:10
since I already flew in the same place, I unlocked it and took full responsibility several times before that ????
MUCH FURTHER flight, days earlier, no problem
but on the day of the "accident" DJI BREAKED the aircraft down without giving me any chance of defense, and still says that I had 90 seconds to use it, being on the count of 90 seconds, he was already losing altitude drastically?
You are a farce.
I already have drawings of prints about this dirty policy, and the scheme of using the wind's trajectory to say that I FLY to one side when I had no control over the plane.

"Authorization zone" in bright red & "Aircraft will automatically descend in 90 seconds" seem like fairly clear warnings. These warnings were present when you were still very close to your point of lift off. WHY DID YOU CHOOSE TO IGNORE THEM???
You said you "turned on the drone & took off 20 seconds later". Why did you choose not wait for the drone to obtain a positive Home Point lock?
It doesn't matter that you flew from that spot previously without it being an Authorization Zone. Zones change. Temporary flight restrictions are issued all the time. You have to fly in the moment.
This entire situation is 100% pilot error. It was your impatience to fly, your choice to lift off before the drone obtained its GPS position, that caused the issue to pop up when you were already in flight. You insist it isn't reasonable that the drone was forced to land when it discovered it was operating in an Authorization zone. That is why you should wait until the drone obtains a Home Point lock BEFORE you lift off.
You had 90 seconds to take action before the forced landing commenced. This was a full minute & a half for you to take affirmative action that would have saved your drone. If you couldn't make it back to your launch point, you could have at least looked down & sought a safe place for the drone to set down. It was your dismissal of the clear warning the aircraft was preparing to land that led to it setting down in the middle of a street & being crushed.
Please, stop saying "the drone fell from the sky". It didn't fall from the sky. It landed, just like it was warning you it was about to do.
Most annoying of all is, while you are clearly at fault, you refuse to accept responsibility for your poor choices & lack of action that resulted in the loss of your drone. You whine & bellyache & want to blame it all on DJI. But it isn't DJI's fault. This entire situation is 100% YOUR fault. Man up, own it, learn from it...
Dirty Bird Posted at 9-25 07:33

Keep ignoring all other previous flights IN THE SAME LOCATION, keep ignoring that in 90 seconds you can't do ANYTHING, keep ignoring that a DRONES company (equipment that flies) must NOT THROW your equipment on the ground, wherever is, THIS WILL NEVER BE ACCEPTED.
NEVER... they can continue doing the mental gymnastics they want... that will never be reasonable at all.
Come back home ???? WHERE WAS THE OPTION???? AHH IT DOESN'T EXIST ok...
90 seconds simultaneously with the fall, can you save something ???
Take this test for us, jump in with a parachute and try to open it 90 seconds off the ground so we can test something.
The responsibility of FLIGHT I assume, I am man enough to FLY and face any law, any state bureaucrat...
Now the responsibility for FORCE AN AIRCRAFT TO SINK INTO THE GROUND, was entirely DJI's, YES.
And I will file a lawsuit, with the witnesses who were with me, with all the data I have at hand, unlike the company that has LOGS, which ignore its trajectory all the time, NOT TO SAY I DID NOT HAVE THE COMMANDS OF THE JOYSTICKS to bring him back. (ALSO IGNORED BY THE LORD)
Surely the law will get stricter, and it will be a shame flights are banned by state bureaucrats, but SINK 4 propellers in the head of someone innocent is UNACCEPTABLE.
I will do everything possible and impossible to CLOSE THE DJI STORE here

One detail I didn't answer,
I may not have let him fix the home point location, but if you watch you can SEE that he automatically recognizes the place to return.
The company that claims to be so technological did not give me that option.
I'm going to go to court YES, and now she's going to go under, it may not be the whole company, but at least these ones here, they won't open the doors anymore

After 1 minute, you can (if you want) try to understand that I only had control over the camera's directions, I didn't have any control over the drone. I looked for a place to land but the drone didn't obey ANYTHING.

After the drone warned you FOR 90 SECONDS that it was about to land, the drone landed. And you did NOTHING! Duh...
90 seconds of warnings. A full minute & a half. You did NOTHING. You paid no mind to the warning whatsoever & just continued to flutter about cluelessly. Now you want to blame DJI for your careless ineptitude. How do you drive a car when it involves split-second decisions concerning life & death?
Keep ignoring that you failed to wait for the drone to secure a Home Lock where it would have warned you of the flight restriction.
Keep ignorning that you chose to disregard the warning of a pending landing.
Keep ignoring previous flights don't matter. Flight restrictions are dynamic. TSRs are issued all the time.
Keep ignoring that this is 100% YOUR fault.
Thanks for posting your flight log. Should make things easy for DJI. Honestly dude, you should not have a drone.
Good luck with the law suit.
I may not have let him fix the home point location, but if you watch you can SEE that he automatically recognizes the place to return.

The drone was already warning you it was going to land when you chose to fly away from above your launch point. You should have heeded the warning & landed at that time. Then your drone wouldn't have landed in the street & been run over.

This GARBAGE COMPANY is blaming me for a flight where they took away all and all power over the aircraft.
Without giving me any "AUTO FALL" cancellation message
I won't accept being blamed...
Therein lies the problem. You are demonstrably 100% to blame, yet you refuse to accept responsibility.
You lifted off before the drone secured a GPS lock. Had you waited it would have alerted you of the Authorization Zone before launch.
You ignored the warning of the pending forced landing. You had 90 seconds to take action. You took none.
You were receiving the forced landing notification while you were still above your launch point. You ignored it & flew off.
