1. May we know whether the aircraft is a new drone?
If yes, please send your product back for testing.
If not, please check whether the propellers have been replaced and ensure that the screws have been tightened.
2. Check whether the aircraft hovers normally or not.
3. Check whether there is an error in the app or not.
4. Shoot a video showing the motor being rotated manually.
If there is an error, the hovering is unstable, or the motor is obstructed when rotated manually, please send the product back for testing.
