Hello there.

I have a several issues with my Phantom 3 Pro ...

1: Wherever I am, if I press Set Home Point it always writes me: Home Point Not Recorded. Also the button next to it doesnt work ...

2: I red somewhere, that there are 2 amazing flight modes - Follow Me and Point if Interest ... are these modes available for Phantom 3 Pro???

It will only set the home point for the Tx if your device has GPS.  Otherwise it is set when you power on and have GPS lock.  Follow me and POI are currently not available but will be soon.  It is based in the App if you have the appropriate firmware installed and both will be available soon.

Of course my device has GPS - its iPad 2 Mini ...

My iPad mini does not, but it does not have cellular.  My guess is that yours does.

I have only wifi, not cellular. But it doesnt matter, every iPad and iPhone has GPS module ...

That is incorrect.  WiFi-only iPads do not have GPS...per the Apple site.

Nooo way! :/

Phantom 3 was a reason to buy a brand new Mini 2, but I took only wifi model because I thought its goona be okay!!!
