Hello, there. Sorry for your inconvenience. Would you please try the steps below? 1. Confirm that the gimbal’s tilt axis, roll axis, and pan axis have been balanced.
2. Connect to the Ronin app, and complete the operation as follows: 1) Complete “resetting gimbal parameters”;
2) Complete “system calibration”;
3) Complete “auto-tune”;
3. Calibrate the joystick. * R
4. Enable “Disable Gimbal 3D Roll 360”.
5. Set “Push Pan” to “Disable”.
6. If the issue persists, please send the gimbal back for testing.
