Its taken longer than that for the shipping company to get it to them.

Which shipping company are they using?  If DHL, they have a bad rep for being super slow here also.

It was UPS,   it was delivered this morning to NL.  Oddly a David signed for it.

Here in the US I prefer to use Fedex over UPS.  Good news that it got delivered this AM.  Figure the odds of David sending it and David receiving it.  Of course it will be even better when David sends a replacement  back to the original David.

I didnt get a choice,   they send you a pre paid label to put on the box to return it.

I guess I was lucky then because when I had to return my Air 2 due to firmware failure I asked could they provide the return label via Fedex vice UPS.  They asked why and when I explained they said sure.  I guess they must have accounts with both companies.  Unfortunately, the replacement drone was back to me via UPS which got delayed by 3 days due to UPS incompetency.

Something I ordered arrived damaged,   partly due to the seller just putting it in a bag,  they agreed to replace it and shipped it a few days later,  the shipper has appeared to have  lost it and now the seller is being bad at communicating,   If they dont sort something soon I will have to open a case with eBay.

I’ve had the same experience.   If I’ve not heard by cob Monday I’m opening a case.
