Phantom 3 RC Signal Lost

My Phantom 3 has suddenly developed the RC Signal Lost error message.  I have tried all the "fixes" I've found online and nothing works.  If anybody knows what can be done about this I would greatly appreciate the help because my drone is unflyable.  Thanks.

Hello there. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. May we pleas know before having this issue did your DJI drone had a hard landing or a crash before for us to be able to isolate the issue? Thank you.

This drone has never had a hard landing or crash.
