I haven't used my Mavic Air in a few years.  My son wants to use it and as I get it back together and proceed through the sequence, the Aircraft Status Indicator/Function Button on the tail of the mavic air drone is continuous red. When I push it, the device does nothing and I don't get any beeps.

I can get the RC into link and I can't get the drone out of the error.  I realize that the solid red is a "critical error" and the question is


1. Can I do anything to address the critical error?
2. Are their physcial "critical errors" that may exist. One of the landing leg extensions on front left is been damanaged. Could that be it?
3. Is this SW and do I have to send it in?
