My M300 flew fine for the first couple weeks (no errors), but during that time I was flying without a payload of any kind.  After attaching the H20T I started receiving a pop-up warning on the controller about the avionics system being overloaded and logging may be impacted.  I recently purchased a P1 and I got the same error with it as well.  I'll try again without a payload and see if it goes away.  Just curious if anyone else has seen this issue?  (Firmware is up-to-date on everything)

Never got that message. Did you turn off the M300 before attaching the payload?

Yeah, everything was off.  It's consistent about it too.  I've flown a number of missions over the past couple weeks with both the P1 and the H20T and both seem to cause this issue.  I'm going to take it up today without a payload to see if it pops back up.

I would be interested in knowing whether it come up carrying the payload, but with the electrical connection plugged in.

Is it the extra weight or something electrical?

It's just the standard H20T and P1 payloads connected to the primary gimbal (no dual or top mount at this point).  Nothing extra connected at this point.

If so, just bring it in to DJI Support. It's not normal :-)

Yep. Had this on mine. Happened a number of times and landed immediately. DJI serviced it and "fixed" it. Then when I got it back did a test flight and the error came up in the first 10 mins of flying. Sent back to DJI and ended up getting it replaced with a new unit under warranty! Def don't fly with the error as it Avionics could be so many things that are faulty!!

Not yet, but I have an open support ticket with DJI on it right now.  I'll let you know how it goes.  I've stopped flying it so it needs to be resolved soon.

Yeah the support takes ages. I'll keep you posted on my progress too.

I’ve been working through the issue with support (sending logs but no real progress yet). I went to repro the issue yesterday and wasn’t able to trigger the alert.  It occurred to me (later) that I’ve only received the warning when flying automated missions in DJI Pilot and UgCS (not during manual flights).  Headed back out to see if that triggers the warning again.

I have had a similar error when flying in adverse weather (light rain) the drone seems to function fine but I do return and land just in case.

Hi Craig,  I've been working through this for some time with DJI Support and, at least in my case, the issue is isolated to automated flight only.  It appears there's a new Firmware Update dated 11/22/2022 that I should try as well.

Thanks for the reply, good to know you are getting your issue sorted.
I wonder if it's when the motor required more power due to environmental strain of some sort so it triggers the error.
I haven't flown in rain since the last firmware update so I may also not experience it anymore.
