Hello,

I'm using a galaxy S10 with mimo with the new mobile 6 gimbal.  Most functionality appears to work as intended through the app.  However, several features stop working while recording.  

I can zoom just fine using the wheel until I can't.  I'm not sure when the functionality stops or why.  I get a notification on the top left corner of the app saying it can't switch cameras. Stop recording.  This happens when trying to zoom, or switching to the front camera.  It's the same situation with using manual focus.  It works until it doesn't.  A notification pops up saying manual focus is not supported, despite it working normally moments before.  

Please help.

Kindly please try to uninstall and reinstall the DJI Mimo ( https://www.dji.com/downloads/djiapp/dji-mimo ) application for us to be able to isolate the said issue and kindly please save all of your important information before uninstalling the DJI Mimo application on your mobile device for you not to loose your files. If the issue persist kindly please try using a different recommended mobile device for us to be able to isolate the said issue. Thank you.

Oh sure, I'll just go grab one of my other 3 or 4 spare phones which happen to be on your supported device list.  Because people always have that many lying around, right?  

You can't seriously be relying on your customers having more than one $1,000+ device to help your developers troubleshoot why one of the newest advertised features just quits working on a compatible device.   Please tell me you're joking.
