Can you please try to update/refresh the firmware of your DJI RC Pro using the DJI Assistant 2 software and then check if the issue persists? In addition, kindly please check the internal storage on your RC Pro if it is already full. If you experience the error message again, klindly please take a screenshot and send it to us.
