Hi Folks, new here to the forum. Thanks everyone for your help.

Bought an Air 2S back in March and been flying in and out, no issues, no crashes (yay!)

Yesterday I flew my drone for about 40 mins, landed it, copied content and powered it off.

TODAY though, as I was preparing to fly it again, it said Gimbal stuck but after further inspecting it, its not really the Gimbal but the CAMERA that is stuck looking down and it won't come up.

Prepared this 20s video, you can see the Camera tries to go up but it can't, then it tries again and it can't and then I get the Gimbal Stuck 40002.

Youtube: https://youtu.be/OU4T-_vhTmY
Tried everything usual, like changing batteries, reinstalling app, latest FW, etc. you name it but absolutely no luck.

Any idea what may be? It would extremly ODD if I had to replace the whole gimbal as I have not had any accidents. I can't really send it to DJI, there is no DJI in my country (Chile).

Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Diego
