It has been a while since I shared my own work, but yesterday it all aligned.
We took advantage of the nice weather in the afternoon and went for a walk to a nearby field with sweet chestnut trees.
I had my Pocket 2 with me and it worked like a charm (as always).
I really like how easy it is to grab that thing and start filming.
Most of the footage was shot with a ND32 filter to get some motion blur.

Great use of the Pocket 2 Peter.  The kids are growing up, and having some lovely family-time in the forest.
50FPSslowed to 25FPS?  It's very effective.

It is. This version is not perfect (some balls have lost their friction) but the newer ones seem to do a much better job.
I usually use it to put my small field recorder on. (to make ambiance recordings)

At least we were picking the 'sweet' chestnuts. (that are edible)
('tamme kastanjes' in Dutch')

Nice memories for the kids when they are older.
Sweet chetnuts are delicious and even more delicous when roasted on the bbq.

They both have the same name but we add "Esskastanien" with "Ess" for "Essen" = eating.

Other than the rain and wind the week is off to a great start.  Stopped in to the grocery store to pick up some fresh fruit and vegetables and bought a scratch off lottery ticket and won $1000.    I rarely buy those lottery tickets but this is the 2nd time I've hit it for a sizeable amount.

Well, considering he now projects to do first 2 years locally that will save him room and board so that will help stretch his college funds.  He desires to become a Marine Biologist so that narrows down where he will go after the first 2 years.
