hello,

I recently bought brand new DJI Mini 2 and when i set it up, I got "Aircraft not connected to RC" message. I tried to re-link it, but it saus linking failed. I tried this on another phone and had the exact same issue. I haven't even been able to use it once and I've already spent many hours for over 2 weeks period to resolve this without success. Please advise!

Hello there KikoNarvaez19. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. Kindly please provide us with the firmware version of both your DJI Mini 2 drone and its DJI remote controller for us to further isolate the issue and kindly please uninstall and reinstall the DJI Fly application ( https://www.dji.com/downloads/djiapp/dji-fly ) to see if the issue will still persist? In addition, please sync all of your flight records before uninstalling the DJI Fly application on your mobile device for you not to loose your previous flight information. If the issue persist kindly please try using a different recommended mobile device for us to be able to isolate the said issue. Thank you.

I also tried the app on another device. Same issue.
