I would love to take mine to the beach, but not sure about the effects of the salt air and the fine grains of sand getting into the drone.  Great video though.

I have been lots of times with earlier drones. They are pretty tough. Hand launch and catch. Sand and salt have never been of consequence. Go have fun!

In the opening shot you can see where my parents have a cabana to the left of the very tall building. Can't really see them directly but it's the open spot where the trees are. I've been going there for.... 40 years now. Really find memories as you can imagine how it looked 40 years ago. I think there was a small hotel or two but not like it is today. I can remember driving down from Tamiami Trail (Hwy 41). There was about nothing on that road! Now the entire town is built up. Some of the best sand can be found on that beach. It squeaks when you step on it. I can't wait to get down there with my P3 and do some filming. Thanks for the video!

I took a small folding table to avoid having it land directly on the sand.
