Has anyone else had their Avata prop explode?

10 or so flights. Zero crashes, but acending rapidly (sport mode ) it immediately dove. Prop split at the base and flew off.
Was about 30ft over pavement but survived. I don't trust the props now though.

Definitely sounds like a manufacturer defect.  Hopefully, Master Air Screw will come out with props for the Avata like they did for the DJI FPV.  They make the best props available.  

Did you by chance tighten the prop screws during pre-flight checks?  I had a similar issue happen to me, but assumed it was the T-mount and over-tightened screws on the props.  DJI replaced the Avata under warranty as a result.

I checked prior to flight for chips or cracks and passed over the screws as a check, but did not adjust them.
If it was overtightened, it came that way from the factory.

The prop has no damage from impact prior, just split in two at the base.
It happened right as I applied full throttle(sport mode, motion controller)
