I got 18 days ago a Mavic 3 Cine with Care refresh for 2 years.
While I can see the Refresh is active on the website, when I go to the DJI Fly app on the RC, and on my iPhone I see in the value-added service of the Mavic that Replacement service is Invalid.

I stubled upon on couple of threads regarding this issue, but nothing in particular.

I tried connecting the phone to the Mavic, the RC, but the status doesn't update.

Could you please let me know what is the issue?
