Dji support it taking its time to comment or reply on these issues, and they are also taking alot of time to answer the aftersales policy.
Between testing and aplying for the aftersales refund, 7 days is not enough.
If Dji is adamant that these issues are not fixable, refund policy should be extended to another 14 days after a firmware is available.
