A jump back in time from my recent upload, but I found out I had some footage on the HD.
Here they (he) was digging the hole for the foundation.

I will never know.
Although I tried adding some 'best blablabla' type of titles, but that is just not me.
So my content gets buried in the truckload of flashing images and screaming titles.
But hey.
At least I'm honest and love to make what I make.

You have a heck of a lot more Subs on YT than I do!  Not many of them appear to watch your stuff though

Yeah, I had a 'one hit wonder' one day.
But that was not because of the video, but because of a mistake in the algorithm I guess.
Nobody liked that video, but it was promoted anyhow by the algorithm.
And apparently that made even more people watch it because of that.
But still nobody really liked it.
It now has over 20mln views and I gained a lot of subscribers.
But none were there because of my content.
So that does not help me at all.
And I even feel I'm 'punished' by the algorithm (they have a mechanism to evaluate how much people like your stuff and use that to serve your new vids in timelines).
So in a way, I got lucky, but I also might have popularity issues because of that (my content did not change, but my view counts went down).

Castles and stately homes seem to do best for me.
My other stuff struggles to get to the 100 mark.
Best ever was 29000 plus views for Chateau de Vendeuvre.
Still only 300 subs though.

Okay, so going to be lots of building then to document.  That's quite the large construction project to take on.  I'm assuming your brother-in-law has some experience in that area.

Yeah, that is the plan.
Yes, he has.
Never on his own, but his father and brother are experienced builders. He always helped them out, so he knows a thing or two about this process.

Just talked with my brother in law. Next week he has a meeting with the builder for some kind of planning.
