I purchased an Open Box RS 3 and there is no Multi Camera USB-C cable, meaning I cannot trigger recording from the gimbal. Does anyone have a lead on where to find on? They seem to be all out of stock...I'm using the Lumix S1.

I had the same problem, contacted support and got the cable for free.

Nice, unfortunately they’re out of stock. Oh well. I may return my Open Box item for a new one from B&H. With the tax free Payboo discount, it’s not much more.
