[color=rgb(255, 255, 255) !important]have a DJI Phantom 4 RTK. When I setup a flight plan and everything is in place it flies to the start of the process and hovers. It wont execute the route in any of the formats, 3D etc.

Hi, there. Sorry for the late reply. Please try the following suggestions:
1. Power off the aircraft and go to the camera view on the remote controller with a built-in screen. Power on the aircraft to see if there is an abnormal error with the camera view. If so, it can be determined that there is an aircraft error.
2. Remove the microSD card and see if the error disappears.
3. If the issue cannot be resolved, we recommend that the user sends their product back for testing.
A possible reason is that the DJI GO 4 app is malfunctioning. Check that the firmware and built-in app are the latest versions. Try to reset the remote controller.
