Purchased my Mini 3 today. I am trying to purchase the Care Refresh but it says - The serial number you entered does not support the purchase of this service. Please select the corresponding product.

Can anyone help? The 48 hour clock is ticking

Normally, this error message means you're trying to buy a service plan that doesn't match the actual product that you have. Please make sure to buy the right service plan for your drone. Furthermore, you may send us a message and provide the serial number of the DI product for checking. Kindly keep us posted on the latest progress.
