Hi,
I have 3 x Phantom 4 Pro Batteries for my drone.
They have had 109, 99 and 85 charges respectively.
The issue I am having is they charge up and all have 4 green lights and everything appears normal both on my 240v and in car 12v dji charger.

All 3 batteries show full on the DJI Go Fly App with 14+v total.
Once I launch the drone (even 6ft off the ground) the Critical Battery Warning comes on and the drone says it is Landing.
Checking the batteries on the Go App shows them all Red and almost depleted. On turning the motors off on the drone, the batteries on the App all go back to green.

Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

What did you do to fix it?

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the trouble. Can you please try to discharge the said battery until it goes to 0% then leave it again in the charger until it is fully charged and try it again on the unit to see if the issue persists? Please keep us posted. Thank you.
