How’s that affecting the FCC capabilities and more importantly the 1 year warranty?
I’m traveling to Australia on holidays and I really want to get my Avata there, but, would the 1 year warranty still cover the aircraft in other country? What about the FCC compatibility, would it be automatic according the region?

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out. The original warranty of the product is only applicable within the region where you purchase the unit. Therefore, if you purchase the unit in Australia and it experiences an issue and you want to file a warranty claim, you need to send the unit to Australia for diagnostics. Thank you for your response. We don't have an international warranty for any manufacturing defect on the unit, CM17X. The warranty can only be applied within the same region where you purchase the unit. Thank you for your understanding and support.
