Stuck in the mud......

Spotted this when checking out a new location that I want to visit and I needed to figure out how to get there and where to park.  More on that to come.

Not hugely,    I did the river/canal walk and at the end where it meets the sea there are some huts that I want to photograph but it appears that unless you are a member of the caravan site its a longer walk to get there. So I wanted whilst we were there to figure the best place to park and the route,  I was able to fly the route so I know which way to walk.  As the weather/tide needs to be very specific this will save me time on the day.

Not at all.  Mostly for sitting enjoying the view.   Many seaside towns have little wooden huts (like sheds) and these are just a bit more up market.   The wooden huts sell for silly money.  

These ones go for £15’000 to £25’000

It absolutely is,  I have no idea how to justify it.  But that said house prices here are crazy too at the moment.

Same with house prices here.  With the lack of houses available it has even driven up the prices of rentals and apartments.  Bit of a crazy economy at this time.

The housing  industry has kicked into high gear to try to meet the demand for new houses.  This increased demand has caused a considerable surge in new house prices.  Even hearing about bidding wars on new houses.  At least that is one thing I don't have to worry about.  Only thing I have to worry about with my boat is sinking.

Yes we now have a thing where the asking price is offers in excessive of  £xxxx and the highest bidder gets it.
