Transferring files from the mini 3 pro to my mobile phone will allow me to edit .mov files.

However each time I try to connect my Samsung phone via the DJI app I get an error message stating the mini 3 pro is already connected to another device. I cannot see any of the aircraft video or photo files on the dji app.

Under wifi settings I see the aircraft on my wifi settings on my phone but it keeps asking for a password?

I have watched YouTube videos and my mobile phone cannot download from the aircraft via the DJI app or even see the files on the aircraft library.

I have noticed that others have been having the same problems as me.

I know it is supposed to work but it isn’t for me.

Anyone else had this issue and found a solution?
