1. Change my account email to a new email or...
2. Update my current DJI account with the new email *so that* I can choose the new email as the way to contact me or verify anything.

I am in the same situation. Due to a recent job change, I would need to change the email address associated with my account, which it is also my login but I can't access my old email anymore.

I would like to change my email but I also need to keep all the records and flights I run with the old email account. Is this possible?

Hi Edu. Thank you for reaching out. Please refer to the steps below on how to change your email address on your DJI Account.

1. Open the website and log in
Link：https://my.dji.com/
(This step may be skipped if you logged into the account in the past)

2. Enter the account home page of DJI Store and click Manage My Account

3. Click Email to change

4. Check the precautions and click Next

5. Slide to verify email

6. Click "Send" to create a verification email


7. Open your inbox, look for the email containing the verification email, and copy the verification code.

8. Go back to the website and paste the code, click "Next"

9. Enter the new email address and verify the new email as above steps 4-6.

10. Click "Binding", the email is changed.
