Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the trouble that this has caused. Can you please try to balance the gimbal and camera and please make sure that the Ronin app prompts "Good" after the balance test is complete? Also, Check whether the camera control cable, accessories and camera do interfere with the gimbal axis arm. Lastly, press the power button twice to pause the gimbal. Manually rotate the three-axis motor to check whether the motor gets stuck. Please keep us posted. Thank you. |
