Would it be possible to consider studying the possibility of closing the discussion threads (By the person who opened it) when the initial question has been answered? This will avoid repeating old threads at the risk of sometimes having two different subjects in one.

Maybe a close button that hides following responds and a button for interested readers to show all.

You can close a thread with the tag [SOLVED] as recommended by DJI.

Why opening a new thread, when it is easier to have an overview of relevant ideas to a question without cycling through many related threads?
