Hello,

I have been using a Ronin M for the last two weeks and haven't had any issues until recently. and do The battery to the Ronin is on and fully charged but even when inserted correctly the battery makes a very very small noise and does nothing to the gimbal.

What is wrong with the battery and can I send it in?
