Not too sure about this video, I captured the footage in mid September, but have been struggling with the edit for a while now...

Knutsford Fair - perhaps first footage a little too early, and the later a bit overexposed...
Fireworks - run at 4x speed - perhaps I should edit to the best bits only and run at normal speed?

Should it be one video, or 2?

I think making it 2 videos would work better.  

I do like how you set up the day to night transition on the Fair portion.  

Maybe run the fireworks portion at normal speed.  

Again, I'm no expert so maybe others more knowledgeable will weigh in.  Overall, I really enjoyed the footage.

I like that you sped up the fireworks. Maybe add some sound? As both the fair and the fireworks is pretty much the same I'd shorten it considerably. Like the speeding fair ride in the distance.

Heard some issues with H264 / 265 being unreadable in Windows, so am a bit reluctant to try it, what format do you use for Dcinelike, and how do I go about using LUT's, or do I just manually alter in Colours on Resolve?

Just give it a go 'on the ground' to test.
(so don't fly, just hit record for a few seconds) and check it.
The newer codec is not supported natively in Windows, but to my best knowledge that does not have anything to do with D-Cinelike.
Yeah, I have a lut that I use for D-Cinelike footage.

I do think you should split it into two.
The fireworks might be better at normal speed, or at most, double speed. I tried both on YT and it's definitely better.
The colours for the fairground sequences look rather too vivid, perhaps.

Must just be "my thing".  

Perhaps a better edit, just the fair, by day and night... normal speed footage and a bit of processing on the levels...

This one looks much better, good editing. Last part a little less, editing  night scenes is an endless playgame
