Is there anything for eliminating Z axis movement that I can use with my RS3?

I usually use my knees and elbows.

I can get it pretty good with the Pocket 2.

With the Pocket 2 it's really easy because it's so light compared to my RS3 setup.

Yeah, that must be different.
I do remember they had some Z axis for osmo.

Yes, although I'm not sure if there are z axis dampeners for full size systems.

1. Relaxed arm grip;
2. Shooting with ninja step movement.
