Hi, I often don't get the "Magnetic Protective Case Installed" prompt when I turn on the Action 2. I have to bring something magnetic near the top of the camera to display it when it doesn't appear automatically. I have tried removing and replacing the case and resetting the cam to factory settings. After resetting I get the first warning that the magnetic case has been detected and to confirm its use. But the problem then randomly recurs. What could it be due to? Any suggestions? Firmware 01.03.30.20. Thank you.
