Something for @Montfrooij - A very poor shot of the train at night with the Mini2.   I really should be using the Mini3 but the controller has gone back for repair.

Well it said 5 to 7 days,  but today is 6 days since I shipped it,  so Im thinking 2 weeks total now.

The controller has just been delivered rot DJI,  I didnt expect that.

Actually I think you could take that shot,  EASA night flight rules are  'night' means the hours between the end of evening civil twilight and the beginning of morning civil twilight.  This was taken 2 minutes after morning civil twilight.

I would suspect that they are slightly more specific than that,  as there are many ways to measure sunrise/sunset.

That's what it is.
And it's up to the lawenforcer to make the call.

Kind of reminds me of a bullet train flying by at night.  

Hey, a seasoned flyer like you should be able to overcome the minor issue with the RC N1 controller until you get the RC back from the NL.  

I see you are closing in on 49M feet flown.

He's not the brightest guy in the world for sure DA.  He needs to buy a Wowstick and toss that cheesy DJI screwdriver.

If you don't look too closely it's a really cool shot. Who cares about a bit of noise?

I thought they would get an exemption.

Thats my understanding,   In fact one reason I bought one in the first place as they can fly more places and wont drop into the legacy category when the transition period ends.

I have a suspicion we will see some of the EASA rules updated,  especially as there no class drones yet.
