has anyone excountered the "rtk position error, rtk disconnected (0x1)" and how can i solve it

May we know if this error message will disappear when you connect the RTK?

unforunately the error does not disappear when i connect the rtk

We would recommend you go outside and connect to RTK  using the custom network. BTW, may we know if you are using D-RTK 2? If the issue persists even in an open field without signal interference, please export the data for us to further verify the issue. Thanks.

we are using phantom 4 rtk (D-RTK-2) but i don't have any experience using custom rtk network, we will try your  suggested solution and give you an update if the error persist

I don't know which update screwed my GNSS now I lost all the GNSS or RTK information, as the picture shown before
